At Tanik S. Performing Arts Acamedy we will encourage our students to be on time by letting them know if our school have a 100% attendance dthen they will all get a special prize maybe they can have a free day with out doing any work or then can leave school early or dont have school at all. If my students are late then they just be late they will not have to serve no detention, but if they happen to miss a certain amount of periods then they will have to get the work they miss from their classes. If my students miss days they are allowed to make their work up because we dont want our kids missing any work, we also want all of our kids to pass. If my students miss 20 or 40 days then they mines well not return to my school because they will have tons of work to make up and if they dont finish if my their due date then they will automatically FAIL, but if it is for any medical reason I think their Parent/Gaurdian should write a note and come up to the school and get their work.
2. VOILENCE, BULLYING AND FIGHTING
My school is a zero tolerance policy if you fight you will be suspended for a week, It dont matter who starts the fight because there will be two different sides of the stories and I cant just suspended one of them cause suppose if I suspend the one who didnt start the fight so If you fight whoever was involved in the fight will be suspended. If students assult another student off of school grounds then thats not my problem because once kids are off of school property then they become no longer (T.S.P.A) concern, This school have metal detectors because I dont trust no student to not bring in weapons because kids get crazy.
3. UNIFORMS
(T.S.P.A) students are not required to wear uniform but there will be no little cholthes in my school, we do not require uniform because we allow our students to feel free in whatever they want to wear. The students are allowed to wear any type of clothing they want to we wear they just cant wear no little clothes or I dont want to see nobody undergarments if we happen to see any one of our students undergarments then we will send you home or give you clothes to put on.
4. ACADEMIC DISHONESTY (CHEATING)
If we catch you child cheating on a test then your child will recieve a F for the test, If your child cheat or copy off somebody else homework or classwork thats on them because in the future it will not benefit me It will hurt them when they get to college just because they wanted to cheat their way through my school. If your child plagiarize then they will have to write their work over if they fail to write their work over then they will fail that assignment.
